Why Fitness?



As a kid I played all the usual sports until finding gymnastics. I picked it up quick, along with hours and hours... and hours of training I enjoyed the successes of dedication and sacrifice. At the time it was all about doing things that no one else could do... like handstand walking down the stairs at school or continuous back flips the length of oval. Then in high school I became a serious athlete. Eating healthy and training hard. How easy it is before life really starts!

Moving on 15 years and my life has taken many twists and turns with the best of them all being my wife. Over the past few years she has been dedicated to her fitness routine and is the driving force now to getting me back on track. Being fit has always been in me and I know its been waiting for a chance to come back for a while now. Once I have a healthy mind and body, then I'll have a better idea on how to get others closer to their body rebuild.
